Ana Rabicoff, President and Founder
Meetinguides was established in 2002 by Ana Rabicoff. Ana has over 25 years of experience within the travel and meeting/event planning industry. She started her career as a travel agent with Carlson Wagonlit Travel. Through her rise within the company, she became the sole on-site travel agent for an engineering firm, organizing all travel needs for over 500 employees within 13 offices. When she started to assist with the planning of the training classes for their new employees, she realized a new path was ahead of her. Ana decided to accepted a position as Director of Special Events for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for Washington State. This was an exciting opportunity which brought with it new challenges. She quickly learned how to manage and work closely with volunteers and vendors to produce fundraising events within several cities in Washington State, which all took place on the same day. Ana was able to reach her goal of raising $1 million dollars within 1 year. It was a wonderful accomplishment but she felt the pull to go back into the corporate world. With this came more change, and Ana started a new position with Mutual Travel (the largest travel agency in the Northwest) in the meeting planning department. There, she was able to parlay all of her past expertise and skills into producing successful board meetings, user-group conferences and corporate programs for many of the top Fortune 500 companies in Seattle, WA. With a move to the East Coast, Ana longed for yet a new challenge and decided to start her own conference planning business. Ana's continuous personal attention to detail while always maintaining the client's goals have been the definition of her industry success.
Ana holds a Bachelor of Arts in French and Economics with a Business Concentration from Hollins University in Roanoke, VA. She studied abroad in Paris, France and continues her love of travel whenever possible. Ana currently lives in Fort Worth, Texas with her husband and two sons.
